Richard Feynman (Henri Szeps) plays the bongos, performs in amateur dramatics, frequents topless bars and wins Nobel Prizes. In fact, Feynman is one of the twentieth century’s great physicists and seems to have everything going for him. As any good scientist knows, however, nothing is ever quite as it seems.
Set in Feynman’s ramshackle office on a Saturday afternoon in 1986 as he prepares for a lecture. He fields unending phone calls, deals with some visiting Russians and one very persistent, and attractive student (Ivy Mak).

QED is a funny, elegant play about the very essence of living – the need to know.

In his real-life career, Richard Feynman assisted in the development of the atomic bomb, expanded the understanding of quantum electrodynamics, translated Mayan hieroglyphics and cut to the heart of the Challenger disaster.
