ENSEMBLE THEATRE CONNECTIONS: PILOT PROGRAM
Creating Youth Opportunities in the Regions
In 2025, Ensemble Theatre and Dubbo based Regional Arts Development Organisation (RADO) Orana Arts partnered together to develop a dynamic new initiative aimed at creating meaningful opportunities for young people in regional areas with a passion for theatre. ETC supports 9 emerging theatre-makers from Dubbo, Griffith, Cessnock, Goulburn, and Wagga Wagga, through a rich, four-part program of mentorship, in-person and online workshops, and industry-based experiences. Aligned with Ensemble’s 2025 regional tour of THE QUEEN’S NANNY, this program is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of theatre talent, giving young people from regional NSW a real-world insight into the creative and professional aspects of making theatre.
We are delighted to offer the ETC Mentorship again in 2026. Applications will open in early 2026. If you would like further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to our education team: education@ensemble.com.au
