THE YEAR IN TATTERS TICKET LOTTERY

1. ENTER ONCE
   Complete this form. There’s no purchase necessary to enter, and you only need to submit your details once.
2. WE DRAW EVERY THURSDAY
   Subject to ticket availability, we’ll randomly select entrants each Thursday for the chance to purchase tickets to performances in the following week. Draws are scheduled for 24 September, 1 October, 8 October and 15 October.
3. SELECTED? CHECK YOUR EMAIL FROM 12PM
   If you’re selected, we’ll email you from 12pm on Thursday with a link to purchase up to two tickets for $119 each, plus a $6 transaction fee. You’ll have one hour from the time the email is sent to claim and purchase your tickets.
4. HOT TICKETS
   Tickets are very limited, so there’s no guarantee that your two tickets will be seated together — or that two tickets will be available to the same performance. If you’re selected, the booking link will show you the available tickets and performances at the time of booking. Tickets are first come, first served and subject to availability.
5. DON’T MISS YOUR HOUR
   If you don’t claim your tickets within the one-hour window, new winners will be randomly selected and offered the tickets.
6. NOT SELECTED? YOU’RE STILL IN THE RUNNING
   Your entry automatically rolls over to the following Thursday’s draw. You only need to enter once. You’ll remain eligible for future draws during the Lottery period, subject to the Terms & Conditions below.

These are the terms and conditions of entry to a ticket ballot for the chance to be offered the right to purchase up to two tickets at any one designated performance of THE YEAR IN TATTERS: A REVUE (the Lottery). By entering the Lottery you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

1. The Lottery is a series of ticket ballots, and the term ‘lottery’/’lotteries’ is only used in a brand sense. No gambling is involved and the ‘prize’ of the right to purchase tickets itself has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or other consideration. Any expenses not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to meals, taxes, gratuities, travel and accommodation for the winner and his/her guest are the sole responsibility of the winner.   
2. By submitting your entry with a phone number and email, you are giving Ensemble Theatre permission to contact you via SMS text, email or phone regarding this entry. 
3. No purchase or payment is required to enter the Lottery.  
4. To enter the Lottery you must be able to attend the relevant scheduled performance at Ensemble Theatre, 78 McDougall Street, Kirribilli, NSW 2061.

6. Limit of one entry per person. You only need to enter the Lottery once. Your entry will automatically remain eligible for all subsequent weekly draws during the Lottery period, and you do not need to re-enter each week. 
7. Winners of the Lottery will be selected at random by a computerised process and will be notified by email. Draws will take place each Thursday during the Lottery period for tickets to performances in the following week (the Drawing). Selected entrants will be notified by email from 1pm AEST on the relevant Thursday. 
8. Subject to availability, the first Drawing will take place on Thursday 24 September and the last Drawing will be on Thursday 15 October. 
9. You may only be selected to purchase tickets to the same performance once. If you are selected and purchase tickets to a performance, you will no longer be eligible to purchase tickets to that same performance through the Lottery. 
10. You acknowledge and agree that the Lottery is a chance to win the right to buy up to two tickets to THE YEAR IN TATTER: A REVUE at the full price of $119, plus a $6 transaction fee.
11. Concessions, Ensemble Insider rates and any other discounts or offers do not apply to tickets purchased through the Lottery.
12. If you are notified as being a potential winner of the Lottery, you will have one hour from the Drawing to claim and purchase the tickets offered (the Acceptance Time). The tickets offered will be for the performances in the following week, and you cannot change or request tickets for another performance. 
13. If you do not claim and purchase the tickets offered within the Acceptance Time, then another potential winner will be selected at random by a computerised process and will be notified by email (the Second Drawing). This process will repeat every hour after the Drawing until 4:00pm AEST that day (Closing Time) or a potential winner claims and purchases the relevant tickets offered. 
14.  If a potential winner has not claimed and purchased the relevant tickets by the Closing Time, Ensemble Theatre reserves the right to contact entrants at random for the purpose of offering the relevant tickets.  
15. Any tickets purchased through the Lottery will be subject to Ensemble Theatre’s standard terms and conditions, which you can be viewed here. 
16. Tickets purchased through the Lottery cannot be exchanged, refunded, or resold. Photo ID that matches the correct winner’s name on the booking confirmation may be required at for collection of tickets at the Box Office. 
17. Where a performance is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated due to intervening circumstances, Ensemble Theatre will make reasonable endeavours to contact affected lottery winners in a timely manner and inform them of options available including a full refund or exchange. 
18. Ensemble Theatre accepts no responsibility for: any undelivered ‘potential winner’ emails or SMS including those sent to your junk email folder; or late, lost, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries, for any technological malfunction or failure, internet traffic congestion, or for outdated or incorrect contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted. 
19. By entering this Lottery you are subscribing to receive email updates from Ensemble Theatre about what’s on, offers and promotions, and our latest news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in those communications. 
20. Ensemble Theatre reserves the right to cancel or change the Lottery at any time without notice.
