Applications now open for 2026 Ensemble Theatre Sandra Bates Director’s Award

Are you an emerging Director on the lookout for an exciting and unique opportunity with real, hands-on rehearsal room experience? The Ensemble Theatre Sandra Bates Director’s Awards could be your ticket!

The two successful applicants will each be offered a paid position of Assistant Director on two of our mainstage productions in 2026.
