Aurélien and Bryan have designed a three-course menu with matched wines to showcase the best from Bayly’s Bistro and Hungerford Hill Winery.

On the night, you’ll hear Aurélien talk about the menu choices and Bryan talk about his wines, and why they’ve been matched together.

Dinner is followed by a “flavour bomb of a new comedy” from two-time Pulitzer Prize winning playwright, Lynn Nottage, in the Australian premiere of her five-time Tony Award nominated Broadway hit, CLYDE’S directed by Darren Yap. A very funny one-act show sizzling with the aroma of possibility and redemption.
